Dirt and Boys

Stayed at our barn-house yesterday from about 1-9:30. 

We even had to get gas station pizza for dinner. This is primarily because there is no one  that will deliver out to the middle of nowhere.   

 We couldn’t even bring ourselves to leave. 

Beautiful day. 

Jim mowed. 

Kids rode dirt bikes and I unpacked some.  It’s still a mess out there from the pipes freezing last January. 

Have I showed you that?  

This is what it looked like after ripping all the wet out. That dude’s job is to remove wet. 

  This is last week in the same room. We added lots of windows! We also added practical things liKe vinyl flooring for a concrete slab, in a barn. 

 Both dogs were with us and the puppy figured out she can jump up in the new bay window seat and watch everyone. It hasn’t even been painted yet!   Can you tell it needs to rain? Like really needs to rain…  …or not because that means less mowing!   

Now do you see why I wanted new big windows out at our barn-house? Look at that view!
